Age
Care for patients under age 8 or UTIs care for women over 45 or under 18.
Injuries
Care for ATV or car accidents, large cuts/lacerations that may require stitches, or injuries that require X-rays.
Exams
We cannot provide physical exams such as: physicals, sport physicals, pelvic, genital, rectal, or breast exams, STD/STI screenings, evaluation of UTI symptoms in males, or issues requiring lab testing through telehealth.
Emergent Symptoms
If you have chest pain, Shortness of Breath, Anaphylaxis, Choking, Altered Level of Consciousness, Abdominal Pain (Moderate or Severe) please seek help immediately or call 911.

On time and good care
I went to Urgent Care in Dunkirk for a sore throat and ear pain. Dr said I had wax in my ear and had an ear flush performed to break up and remove ear wax so she could see if I had an ear infection. I was surprised they did that level of care. Dr Dunn-Kerr provided exceptional care in my visit.
Both Julie and Dr. Awkara were very kind and considerate. Julie provided most of the care and tests and was very calming.
Seen at appt time and done within an hour. Great care.
The best urgent care visit I have ever had. An efficient and effective way to run an urgent care. The team of nurses and support staff were wonderful.
The service was timely, the people were very helpful, they were attentive, they listened well and explained their diagnosis, explained the treatment plan and were just caring people.
