TelehealthPlease confirm that you don’t need any of the following:
Age
Care for patients under age 8 or UTIs care for women over 45 or under 18.
Injuries
Care for ATV or car accidents, large cuts/lacerations that may require stitches, or injuries that require X-rays.
Exams
We cannot provide physical exams such as: physicals, sport physicals, pelvic, genital, rectal, or breast exams, STD/STI screenings, evaluation of UTI symptoms in males, or issues requiring lab testing through telehealth.
Emergent Symptoms
If you have chest pain, Shortness of Breath, Anaphylaxis, Choking, Altered Level of Consciousness, Abdominal Pain (Moderate or Severe) please seek help immediately or call 911.
Psychiatric
New/Unstable Psychiatric Conditions including Trauma/Physical Abuse/Sexual Abuse Treatment
Prescriptions
We don’t provide prescriptions for narcotic and controlled substance renewals or prescriptions, withdrawal treatment, management of prescriptions lasting over 30 days, and chronic pain treatment via Telehealth.

Doctor Sean was awesome
Excellent care. Made an apt online and was seen immediately. Very thorough care. Highly recommend.
The facility was so clean it amazed me. The people working there were so professional and friendly. Do not hesitate using Patriot Urgent Care.
Almost closing time but was met by the cheeriest receptionist ever. Wish I remembered her name. The PA - Sean, I think, was excellent - efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. They are a great resource to our community.
