We cannot provide physical exams such as: physicals, sport physicals, pelvic, genital, rectal, or breast exams, STD/STI screenings, evaluation of UTI symptoms in males, or issues requiring lab testing through telehealth.

If you have chest pain, Shortness of Breath, Anaphylaxis, Choking, Altered Level of Consciousness, Abdominal Pain (Moderate or Severe) please seek help immediately or call 911.

Prescriptions
We don’t provide prescriptions for narcotic and controlled substance renewals or prescriptions, withdrawal treatment, management of prescriptions lasting over 30 days, and chronic pain treatment via Telehealth.

Great service, fast
Staff was polite! It was very clean and the doctor that me and my son saw was great! Front desk staff was very helpful!
Staff is always very nice and helpful. Wait time a little long. The Doctor diagnosed was on point! She had me laughing when I told her how I hurtled my arm! Reception to nurse to physician, everyone was great. But overall the service was great.
Friendly staff. Clean facility. The nurse practitioner was extremely knowledgeable. I was in and out of there in about 40 minutes. Overall excellent experience.
Truly an amazing team ! They took the time to explain and diagnose and they were able to treat me. I am now pain free and grateful!
