Please confirm that you don’t need any of the following:
Age
Care for patients under age 8 or UTIs care for women over 45 or under 18.
Injuries
Care for ATV or car accidents, large cuts/lacerations that may require stitches, or injuries that require X-rays.
Exams
We cannot provide physical exams such as: physicals, sport physicals, pelvic, genital, rectal, or breast exams, STD/STI screenings, evaluation of UTI symptoms in males, or issues requiring lab testing through an online visit.
Emergent Symptoms
If you have chest pain, Shortness of Breath, Anaphylaxis, Choking, Altered Level of Consciousness, Abdominal Pain (Moderate or Severe) please seek help immediately or call 911.
Psychiatric

Friendly, professional staff and excellent medical care!
Dr. Bosami was wonderful! He explained what he found in my tests and gave me an exam that clearly indicated my prognosis. I would definitely recommend and go back to see him! Also the front desk staff and nurses were friendly and helpful too! All around a great place to go to get medical care!
