We cannot provide physical exams such as: physicals, sport physicals, pelvic, genital, rectal, or breast exams, STD/STI screenings, evaluation of UTI symptoms in males, or issues requiring lab testing through telehealth.

If you have chest pain, Shortness of Breath, Anaphylaxis, Choking, Altered Level of Consciousness, Abdominal Pain (Moderate or Severe) please seek help immediately or call 911.

We don’t provide prescriptions for narcotic and controlled substance renewals or prescriptions, withdrawal treatment, management of prescriptions lasting over 30 days, and chronic pain treatment via Telehealth.

I wasn’t feeling well at all, “Duke” was concerned and took the utmost care to assess the various issues I had going on. Luckily an xray tech was there to take a chest xray. I was soon diagnosed and on my way. Thank you Patriot Urgent Care!

I was impressed bc it is rare nowadays to receive that kind of human compassion from a medical assistant!!
