COVID-19 Testing Billing Information

Cigna Patients

Cigna recently changed its coverage for COVID-19 testing. If you require the test for a surgical clearance OR are symptomatic or have had suspected or direct exposure, Cigna will still cover 100% of the cost of the testing. If you require the test to return to work or school or for travel, Cigna is requiring a cost share from the patient (copay, deductible, etc.). 

Amerigroup Patients

For patients with Amerigroup coverage, there is a $45 lab collection fee for Covid-19 rapid antigen tests.
