- Flexible work schedules set 3 months in advance, no on-call, and limited weekends.
- Clinics are closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, and Easter with early closing on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and 4th of July.

Qualifications, Experience and Responsibilities:
- Doctorate (MD /DO) with a Maryland medical license and DEA certification.
- ABMS Board certification in emergency medicine, internal medicine or family medicine or if board eligible then intention to become board certified within 1 year of onboarding
- Evaluate, diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries
- Manage episodic and chronic conditions with walk-ins and same-day appointments as the sole advanced practice provider for ages 2 and up.
- Perform minor office procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, orthopedic splinting and related treatments.
- Perform physicals such as sports, DOT, pre-employment, and annual.
- Evaluate patients for workers’ compensation injuries.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, blood borne pathogens, and related compliance standards
- Detail-oriented and confident in medical best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competence with common PC applications, Microsoft Office and EMR applications
- Respect and autonomy in decision-making
- Team-based approach to patient care.
- ACLS / BLS certifications (We will provide this if needed)
Hourly Salary Range: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Physician: $220,000.00 – 280,000.00+
